Urban Flat partners with luxury apartment communities to convert a portion of inventory into mid-long term furnished rentals. Our Flats are tastefully designed and catered to business travelers and the alike. Our clients enjoy the benefits of a fully equipped kitchen, in-Flat washer & dryer, increased living space, ample privacy, full access to building amenities, and most importantly; the feeling of being home.

Urban Flat has corporate offices in LA and Silicon Valley. However, we do not maintain offices within the individual apartment communities themselves. Each apartment community we’ve partnered with has its own office catering to “permanent building residents." Therefore, anything related to your experience with us can be handled by your Urban Flat concierge.

There are no hidden or extra fees when you book with Urban Flat. However, if you plan to setup a cryptocurrency mining operation in an Urban Flat, we’ll be promptly notified of your excessive electricity usage :).

Our Flats are professionally cleaned every time a guest checks out, but in respect of your privacy, Flats are not cleaned daily. A Flatkeeping may be easily arranged for a $75-$130 fee depending on your Flat size and cleaning type.

Our Flats offer an environment similar to home with a fully equipped kitchen, in-Flat washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, HDTV, bluetooth sound system, coffee-maker, toaster, just to name a few. Your Flat is furnished with a queen-sized memory foam bed, efficient work-space, and you’ll have full access to building amenities.

Did you know some hotels and extended stays charge up to $50/day to park? Urban Flat can provide in-building parking for just $5/day or $99/month!

Check-In is anytime after 3:30pm, and Check-Out is anytime prior to 11AM. As we use a streamlined self-check-in process, a late check-in is not a problem!

For stays of 30+ days, you may book up to 1-year in advance. Shorter term stays are subject to booking windows and can usually only be booked if filling in between long-term stays.

We know how plans can change. We've designed one of the most flexible cancellation policies in the industry designed for the unreliability of business-travel schedules.

  • If you cancel 14-days prior to the start date of your reservation, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • If you cancel 13-days or less prior to the start date of your reservation, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel after the start date of your reservation, you are not eligible for a refund, unless more than 14-days remain on your agreement.
*Higher rates may apply, and or additional city tax, depending on new total days of reservation after alteration of dates
